Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

The delivered item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. The packaging for item must also be the original in which we have posted you. You must have a receipt or other evidence of purchase for your item. From the day you received the item, you have 3 days to return it. 

Refunds

If your return is approved depending on the above criteria, we will initiate a refund immediately if this has been paid in CASH and for card payments, payment will be paid back as per your bank’s card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@sinfeaahan.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a product return, please send it to the provided address. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
